This Weeks Challenge

Transition from the certainty of an expert to the open-mindedness of a beginner.

Set aside a few minutes each day for reflecting on and challenging the assumptions that shape your beliefs and choices.

Ask yourself, “What can I learn from this situation?” and approach each day with curiosity and an open mind.

Two Empowering Questions

What assumptions and beliefs do I about my expertise that are limiting my growth and learning?

What steps can I take to question my certainties and embrace a mindset of curiosity and openness?

Three Actionable Steps

Let Go of Certainty

Embrace the discomfort of uncertainty and allow yourself to be open to all possibilities.

Cultivate Curiosity

Rediscover the curiosity you had as a child.

Ask more questions, explore different viewpoints, and seek deeper understanding.

Practice active listening and engage in meaningful conversations that challenge your existing knowledge.

Embrace Challenges

Instead of viewing challenges as obstacles, see them as opportunities for skill acquisition and growth.

Embrace the discomfort of stepping outside the comfort zone of your area of expertise and approach challenges with a beginner’s mind.

Adapt and adjust your perspectives based on new experiences and information this week, not what you think you already know.

Pick ONE Thing You Want To Change This Week

WRITE-PLAN-INCORPORATE that specific thing you are going to improve this week, for which you will hold yourself accountable.

Let me know your thoughts, the difficulties you’re facing, and how you’re progressing.

Wishing you a week filled with purpose and fulfillment!
