This Weeks Challenge

This week I challenge you to shift your perspective from managing your time to managing your energy and quality of thinking.

Focus on doing the right things in the right way.

Two Empowering Questions

How can I prioritize the quality of my thinking over the quantity of my actions?

How can I better manage my energy, mind, and time to optimize productivity?

Three Actionable Steps

Identify your most energized and focused hours of the day. Schedule your most important (not urgent) tasks during these periods.

Practice mind management by organizing your thoughts, cultivating mental clarity, and aligning your mindset with your long-term goals.

Prioritize effective time management by saying no to the clutter and distractions and schedule time for quality thinking.

Pick ONE Thing You Want To Change This Week

WRITE-PLAN-INCORPORATE that specific thing you are going to improve this week, for which you will hold yourself accountable.

Let me know your thoughts, the difficulties you’re facing, and how you’re progressing.

Wishing you a week filled with purpose and fulfillment!
