What thoughts or self-talk are preventing you from reaching your goal in a specific area of life where you are struggling?

When do you feel confident and skilled? What strengths allow you to excel?

Three Practical Steps

Observe without Judgment

Practice observing your thoughts and emotions without judgment.

Welcome all feelings and emotions that arise, even if they are uncomfortable.

This practice will help you recognize emotional patterns and better understand yourself.

Write it Down!

Each day, write down your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Label these as “Notes to Self” and revisit them every day, and at the end of the week.

This practice will help clarify your thoughts and emotions, providing valuable insights into your inner self.

Continuous Learning

Dedicate at least 30 minutes each day to reading something new. This could be a book, an article, or a podcast that improves your self- knowledge.

Challenge your current knowledge and beliefs.

This practice will not only keep your mind sharp but also introduce new perspectives and ideas.
